Terms of Use
By using Rotamigo you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Rotamigo is a social travel app for sharing trip plans, meeting people on the same route and exploring cities together. We may change or discontinue the service with notice.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for accurate information and keeping your account secure, and you may not create accounts for others.
- You can delete your account in the app at any time.
3. Community rules
The following are prohibited; violations lead to content removal, restriction or account termination:
- harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination or bullying;
- sexual, violent or illegal content;
- fraud, spam, fake accounts or impersonation;
- sharing other people’s personal information without consent;
- endangering others at meetups;
- interfering with the app, scraping or bypassing security measures.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report and block content and users in the app. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
4. Your content
You own what you post. You grant Rotamigo a worldwide, free, non-transferable licence to store, display and share your content with the people you choose, as needed to run the service. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account. You are responsible for having the rights to what you post.
5. Meetups and safety
Rotamigo helps people meet; it does not verify users and is not a party to meetups. Prefer busy public places and tell someone you trust.
6. Rotamigo AI
AI suggestions are informational; opening hours, prices and transport details may be wrong or outdated. Check before you rely on them.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from user conduct, user content or service interruptions.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
