Delete your Rotamigo account

In the app (recommended)

1. Open Rotamigo and go to your profile.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete my account.
3. Confirm your identity: enter your password, or sign in again with Apple or Google if you used them. Enter your code if two-step verification is on.
4. Confirm deletion.

Before deleting you can download a copy via Settings → Account → Export my data.

If you can’t access the app

Email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject “Account deletion request” and your username. We will reply to your registered address to verify; we never ask for your password. Requests are completed within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile is closed and anonymised immediately.
• Your photos, stories, voice messages and other media are permanently deleted.
• Your sign-in account and push registrations are removed, and Sign in with Apple access is revoked.
• Your posts, comments, sent messages, trips, plans and reviews are deleted with your account.

This usually completes within an hour.

What may be kept

• Reports and moderation records concerning you may be kept for up to 2 years for closed cases, for community safety and legal obligations.
