KVKK Information Notice

Effective date: October 16, 2026

This is an English summary of the notice we provide under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). The Turkish version prevails.

Purposes and legal bases

• Account, profile, content, messages, one-time chat location and AI assistant inputs: performance of the contract (Art. 5/2-c).
• Province-level trip visibility on the Explore Map: explicit consent (Art. 5/1), off by default and revocable any time.
• Safety, moderation and crash data: legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) and legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç).

Transfers

To hosting, storage, notification, email, error monitoring, AI and moderation providers listed in the Privacy Policy, some of which are abroad (KVKK Art. 9), and to authorities where legally required.

Your rights (Art. 11)

You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction or deletion, object to automated decisions against you, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
